HDPE Technical Resources

Specifications, pressure tables, fusion procedures, certificates and case studies — the material engineers and buyers actually need, in one place and free to download.

What to download before you write the specification

Most specification errors we see are not exotic. They are a pressure class quoted at 20 °C for a line that runs at 40 °C, a fabricated fitting specified at full pipe rating, or a flange pattern copied from the pipe standard instead of the valve. All three are avoidable with the tables in the technical hub, and all three are expensive to discover after production.

If you are writing a tender document, start from the editable specification templates rather than a competitor's document — they carry the current standard references and leave the commercial terms to you. If you are checking a design, the derating tables and fusion parameter charts are the two files worth having open.

  • SDR and pressure rating tables with temperature derating factors
  • Butt fusion and electrofusion parameter charts by diameter and SDR
  • Flow, head-loss and thermal expansion calculators
  • CAD files (DWG / STEP) for the fitting range
  • Editable specification templates for tender documents

Frequently asked questions

Are the downloads free and do I have to register?
The catalog, spec sheets, standard references and CAD files are free. We ask for an email address only so we can send the current revision and tell you when a standard we reference is superseded — we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask.
How often is the catalog updated?
Annually, with dated revision control, plus interim updates whenever a product standard changes or we add a line. Always check the revision date against the one your specification quotes before issuing a document for tender.
Can you supply documentation in a language other than English?
Certificates and test reports are issued in English as standard, which is what most inspection bodies and banks require. Catalog and technical data can be supplied in Spanish, Russian and Arabic on request; ask your account manager before the enquiry closes rather than after shipment.

Need a quote or a spec check?

Send us your drawing, tender document or bill of quantities. Our engineers reply within 12 working hours with pricing, lead time and a container loading plan.
