Custom Fabrication

Send a drawing, get an approved fabrication drawing back, then a tested part.

A pipe section clamped in the machine shop while a fitting is worked to the drawing

Custom work runs on a simple loop: you send a DWG, PDF or dimensioned sketch; we return a fabrication drawing with materials, weld details and de-rated pressure class; you approve; we cut. Nothing goes to the saw before the drawing comes back signed.

Extrusion welding, butt fusion and hot-gas welding are all performed by qualified welders to written procedures, with a weld log kept per assembly. Hydrostatic testing, dye-penetrant checks and third-party witnessing are available where the specification requires them.

Key features

  • Drawing approval before cutting, every time
  • Qualified welders working to written procedures
  • Per-assembly weld log retained and supplied with the shipment
  • Hydrostatic testing and third-party witnessing available
  • Export crating designed around the assembly, not the other way round
