Water near a data hall is a risk that gets engineered out, not managed. Data centre piping is specified accordingly — and the same reasoning applies whether the site is called a data centre or a data center. Fused HDPE has no gasketed joints to relax, no corrosion products to foul heat exchangers, and no galvanic issues where it meets other services — which is why it keeps appearing on campus chilled-water and condenser-water loops.
We supply buried site loops, condenser water headers and duct pipe for fibre and power, with fabricated spools that shorten the time crews spend inside a live facility.
Key features
- Buried chilled and condenser water loops, DN90–DN1200
- Fused joints — no gaskets to relax under thermal cycling
- No internal corrosion products to foul plate heat exchangers
- HDPE duct pipe for fibre and power reticulation
- Prefabricated spools to cut work inside live facilities
