About Us

Quality Control

Virgin resin only, testing on every batch, and a certificate pack with every shipment.

Wall thickness measured on a cut pipe sample with a vernier gauge

Quality control starts at the resin door. We buy virgin PE100 from approved suppliers, record the lot number, and use no regrind in pressure pipe — the single most common corner cut in this industry, and the one that shows up as failures five years later.

Every production batch is tested for hydrostatic strength, melt flow rate, oxidation induction time, carbon black content and dispersion, plus full dimensional inspection. Batches are held until results clear, and the certificate issued with your shipment references the resin lot and batch number.

Key features

  • Virgin PE100 only — no regrind in pressure pipe
  • Resin lot recorded and traceable to the shipping mark
  • Hydrostatic testing at 20 °C and 80 °C
  • Melt flow rate, OIT, carbon black content and dispersion
  • Full dimensional inspection: OD, wall, ovality, eccentricity
  • Batch hold until results clear; certificates issued per shipment
